Fred Eichelbaum has over eight years of experience as a digital entrepreneur, consultant and networker.
He studied psychology and business administration in London and holds a Master degree in Futures Studies from the Free University of Berlin. He was founder of the Foresight Lab HYPERMORGEN and was involved in strategic consulting for a diverse range of clients with high levels of uncertainty, e.g. Deutsche Telekom, European Commission, German Armed Forces. He also spent three years at Axel Springer building hy! – a peer advisory network for Europe's most successful founders and investors.
Philippa Köhnk has gained experience in managing and developing a company by founding various start-ups.
After her studies in Maastricht, Hong Kong and Düsseldorf, she moved to Berlin in 2009 and became part of the local start-up scene. After working for Palomar5 e.V. and yetu AG, she founded the start-up Wummelkiste, an edutainment subscription for children, together with the Company-Builder Team Europe in 2011. In mid-2014, she became COO for the Coca-Cola-financed start-up Home eat Home and in April 2016 she moved to medium-sized businesses to become head of e-commerce at Bierbaum-Proenen GmbH & Co. KG.
